You are always welcome to view the NordCabin tiny houses in our workshop in Ieriki, Latvia.

There are two options: 1) screw piles or concrete piles; 2) columnar foundation made of concrete.

You should contact the responsible authorities of your country for building permits. Building permit is not required in Latvia.

Yes, we can slightly change the location of the windows, but not the size of the windows.
